These terms are prepared from the current Apex Booking draft and should receive final legal review before production publication.

Use Of The Service

Apex Booking helps customers request appointments and helps businesses manage bookings, services, staff, and customer communication.

You agree to use the service only for lawful, honest, and appropriate purposes. Some features may depend on business availability, device permissions, internet access, push notification services, or third-party infrastructure.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, authentication links, or other account access credentials.

Apex Booking may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect users, businesses, staff, systems, or the service.

Customer Bookings

Customers may use Apex Booking to request appointments with businesses. Booking requests may require business confirmation and are not necessarily final until the business confirms them or the app indicates that they are confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details and should not submit duplicate, false, abusive, or spam booking requests.

Business Responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for accurate business information, services, packages, add-ons, prices, availability, staff/team access, booking decisions, customer communication, service quality, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.

Apex Booking provides booking-management software. Businesses remain responsible for the services they provide.

Cancellations And Reschedules

Customers and businesses may use available app flows to request or manage cancellations and reschedules. Some reschedule requests may require business review or approval.

If the app flow is unavailable and the booking is urgent, customers should contact the business directly.

Acceptable Use

Users must not spam booking requests, submit false bookings or reports, abuse or impersonate others, bypass restrictions, interfere with app security, use the service for unlawful activity, or attempt to access data or accounts they are not authorized to access.

Apex Booking may apply restrictions, rate limits, bans, or other protective measures to reduce abuse, spam, fraud, or operational harm.

Reports And Support

Users may submit reports or support requests about app issues, booking issues, business issues, abuse, or safety concerns. Reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith.

Availability

Apex Booking may not always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may be affected by device settings, network issues, app store platform behavior, Supabase, Expo, push notification providers, email providers, or other infrastructure.

Apex Booking does not guarantee that every booking request will be accepted, that every notification will be delivered, or that every business will provide a requested service.

Privacy And Account Deletion

Use of Apex Booking is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://apexbooking.eu/privacy/.

Users can request account deletion in the app from Profile / Account -> Delete account request or through the public account deletion page at https://apexbooking.eu/account-deletion/.

Account deletion is currently request/review based and is not instant. Active bookings, business responsibilities, legal requirements, audit needs, fraud-prevention needs, or dispute-resolution needs may affect processing.

Changes To Terms

Apex Booking may update these Terms Of Use from time to time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
