What To Include
Include enough information for support to understand the issue:
- Your account email.
- Your name.
- The business name, if the issue involves a business.
- The booking date and time, if the issue involves a booking.
- A short description of the problem.
Do not send passwords, payment details, secret tokens, API keys, one-time login codes, or authentication links intended only for you.
Account Deletion Requests
You can request account deletion from inside the app from Profile / Account -> Delete account request.
If you cannot access the app, email support and say that you want to request account deletion. Account deletion is request/review based and is not instant.
Booking Or Business Issues
For urgent booking changes, customers should contact the business directly if the app flow is unavailable.
Apex Booking support can help with app-related issues, but businesses are responsible for their services, availability, and direct customer communication.
Reports And Abuse
Use support or the in-app Help/Reports flow to report abusive behavior, spam or suspicious booking activity, false or misleading business information, booking or business conduct issues, app bugs, or safety concerns.
Business Owner Support
Business owners, managers, and staff can contact support for account access, business settings, booking management, team access, customer restrictions, reports, abuse concerns, or account deletion review.
Response Time
Response-time wording should be finalized before production launch. Current target: we aim to review support requests within 2 to 5 business days.
