Request account deletion
Apex Booking currently uses an account deletion request and review process. Deletion is not instant.
Request Deletion In The App
If you can access the Apex Booking app, submit an account deletion request from inside the app:
- Open Apex Booking.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile / Account.
- Open Delete account request.
- Review the information shown.
- Type
DELETEto confirm. - Submit the request.
The app will show whether your request can proceed normally, is blocked by active bookings, or requires review because the account manages or works with a business.
Request Deletion Without App Access
If you cannot access the app, email neuryxlabs.support@gmail.com and say that you want to request account deletion.
Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as:
- Email address on the account.
- Phone number on the account, if used.
- Your name.
- A short note that you want to request account deletion.
Do not send passwords, payment details, one-time codes, or private authentication links.
What Happens After A Request
After you submit a request, Apex Booking records the request for review and processing.
This request does not immediately delete your authentication account, anonymize your profile, remove push notification tokens, delete historical booking records, or delete business records.
During processing, personal data may be deleted or anonymized according to the privacy policy and applicable legal, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and operational requirements.
Active Bookings And Business Accounts
Deletion cannot continue while your account has active bookings, including pending booking requests, confirmed future appointments, or unresolved reschedule requests.
Accounts that own, manage, or work with one or more businesses may require additional review before deletion can be completed. This helps protect business operations, booking history, staff access, and audit records.
Data We May Retain
Some operational records may be retained where needed for legal, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or business-history purposes.
Examples may include historical booking records, business records, support or report records, restriction/abuse-prevention records, and records needed to resolve disputes or comply with law.
Processing Time
We aim to review account deletion requests within 30 days. Some requests may take longer if they involve active bookings, business ownership, legal requirements, fraud-prevention review, or unresolved support issues.
